About Me…
I’m Staci Freed — Master Herbalist, Master Iridologist, fitness trainer, and founder of Holistic Health Strategies. But more than titles, I’m a woman who has walked through the fire of life and come out carrying a torch for others.
I wasn’t supposed to be here — at least not in the way I am now. My story began in chaos: childhood trauma, foster care, abuse, addiction, and cycles of toxic relationships that nearly destroyed me. By my early twenties, I had already experienced prison, domestic violence, and the heartbreak of losing custody of my daughter.
But somewhere inside me was a deep knowing that my story wasn’t meant to end there. I fought my way out — stumbling, falling, getting back up — and eventually found healing through fitness, holistic health, and a relentless search for truth.
In 2008, I became a mother for the first time when my daughter Elisse was born. For over a decade, I raised her as a single mom — growing, learning, and healing alongside her. Then, in 2020, I entered a new chapter of motherhood. My daughter Audrey was born on New Year’s Day, followed quickly by my two sons, Micah in February 2021 and Seth in November 2022.
Both of my boys were born at home — and Seth’s birth was breech. These home birth experiences transformed me in ways nothing else could. They showed me the raw power of the female body, the importance of trusting God’s design, and the sovereignty we reclaim when we choose natural birth. I would never do it the medical way again.
Still, my path wasn’t linear. Divorce, financial struggles, and ongoing health challenges tested me over and over again. When supplements failed, when symptoms worsened, and when the weight of responsibility felt unbearable, I realized something bigger: true healing isn’t about symptom-chasing. It’s about root restoration — cleansing the gut and liver, releasing emotional and ancestral patterns, and realigning with God’s natural design.
That revelation became the heartbeat of Holistic Health Strategies. My mission is simple: to help others remember that healing is possible, no matter how far gone they feel. I believe the body is a temple, and when we purify and rebuild it, we awaken not just health — but purpose, clarity, and freedom.
If my journey has taught me anything, it’s this: the same power that carried me through addiction, grief, and the fire of natural birth lives in you too. And when you align with it, you don’t just survive — you rise.
